How do I place orders on Madamkarakata.com?

– Log on to www.madamkarakata.com.

– Click on the item(s) you want to buy in your preferred quantity, size and colour, and then add them to your cart.

– After adding all the items you wish to buy to your cart, complete your purchase by going to your cart and clicking on Checkout.‎ Your cart icon is on the upper part of the Home page.

– ‎At checkout, choose your preferred mode of payment from any of our numerous safe channels and proceed to payment.

– You have successfully placed your order! Your order(s) will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 working days.

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail or SMS stating details of your purchase and expected time of delivery.

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery takes 2-3 working days within Lagos, while deliveries outside Lagos ‎takes 3-5 working days.

Do I have to log in as a member before I can place my order(s)?

No you don’t. Because we prioritise your convenience, we have provided a checkout option that allows you place your order(s) by logging in as a guest.

However, it is easier to make purchases as a registered member because you do not have to add your personal details every time you place an order.

What are the modes of payment available to me as a Customer?

Our customers have varied modes of payment available to them. You can pay for your orders using Simplepay, PayPal or via Bank Transfer. We also have Cash on Delivery payment options available to our Lagos customers only.

The options available to you will be displayed on checkout.

Do you accept returns on goods purchased?

We accept returns on goods purchased as long as they are returned within 5 working days in the original condition in which they were delivered to you.

We have a duty to ensure goods released to our customers from our warehouse are in their best and optimum condition, and we take this duty seriously.

What happens if the products I bought do not look like the pictures‎ placed on the website?

At Madamkarakata.com, we do not photo-shop pictures of the items we sell. The products look just like the pictures you have previewed or even better! ‎What you see is what you get!

We also make available detailed product descriptions beneath‎ each picture.

Can I pick up my order(s) instead of having it delivered?

Madamkarakata.com is strictly an online store. We deliver to your doorstep at no inconvenience to you, so we encourage our customers to maximise this hassle free experience.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Before delivery, our delivery contact will call you to confirm your availability to receive your order. You can reschedule your delivery at this point. You can only reschedule your delivery once.
