Your parcel will be ready for delivery 1-2 working days (Lagos) or 3-5 working days (outside Lagos) after we have received your order. We aim to deliver all orders between 9am-5pm on working weekdays (Monday – Friday). Our Elves will always call you before heading out to deliver your order.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak and holiday times. You can change your delivery date when our Elves call you or beforehand via email: email@example.com. Please note that:
- An email or SMS confirmation will be sent before delivery.
- During peak periods, deliveries may be made up to 7pm
- All orders can be tracked via the embedded link in the order confirmation mail.
DELIVERY TO WORKPLACE OR WHEN NO ONE IS IN
Your parcel will be delivered to whoever is available to receive it at the delivery address you have provided. Where there is no one available to sign for the parcel, our Elves may leave a note asking you to arrange for a redelivery. Please note that this redelivery will be paid for by you.
You can enter delivery instructions at checkout so our Elves can be aware of what to do if there’s no one to receive your order. For example, you can leave notes such as:
‘Leave parcel with Mr Sule the receptionist’ or ‘My neighbour at No 22 will be available to receive this order if I am not in.’
Please note that you can add different delivery addresses in your Account to make the checkout process easier.

Lagos Mainland: #1000
Lagos Island, Epe, Badagry, Beger, Lekki, Ajah: #1500
Outside Lagos (Nationwide Delivery): #2500
While we operate an open return policy, if you are returning any of your purchase items using our courier, an extra charge of N500 applies to your initial delivery charge irrespective of your location within Lagos.
